Privacy notice

How website enquiries and essential website data are handled.

Website enquiries

If you submit an enquiry, this website stores your name, email address, enquiry type and message so an authorised brigade website administrator can review and respond. The form asks for your consent. Do not include medical, financial or other sensitive information.

On the staging website, test submissions are stored for review and are not emailed to the brigade. Before public launch, the brigade will confirm the inbox that may receive enquiry notifications and the process for monitoring them.

Who can access enquiries?

Saved enquiry records are restricted to website administrators. Hosting providers may process website data as part of operating, securing and backing up the service. Where email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to the configured brigade inbox.

Retention and your requests

Administrators should review enquiries regularly and retain them only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any appropriate records. The website does not automatically delete enquiries. Mailbox copies and hosting backups have separate retention arrangements.

To ask about your personal information, request access or request deletion, contact enquiries@arcadiarfs.org.au. WordPress includes tools for administrators to export or erase enquiry information.

Essential website data

WordPress uses essential cookies for signed-in administrators. Hosting and security systems may retain technical access logs. The enquiry form uses temporary spam protection and a hashed network identifier to limit repeated attempts. No advertising or analytics service is included in this website build.

External websites

Links to NSW RFS, mapping services and other external websites are subject to those services’ privacy practices. External maps and social feeds are not embedded on this website.

This notice describes the delivered website. The brigade should review it with its operating and retention arrangements before public launch.
